Please fill out this form to schedule a test. A technician will be out to your property within a 3-4 week period from the request date. Your bill will be e-mailed to you upon completion of each test unless indicated otherwise.
You can pay your bill electronically by credit card using the View & Pay Invoice button in the e-mail.
Please allow 3 business days to receive the link.
All reports are submitted to the correct Utility department.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have received a Final Notice, please contact our office as fees and scheduling differ.
If you reside in the City of Sarasota, please send a copy of your letter to admin@caseysbackflow.com to be placed on the schedule.
